IGP Account Manager – IGP Europe (Brussels)

As an IGP Account Manager, you will need to develop and maintain a good, long-term working relationship with European multinational companies and European Headquarters of US multinational companies to ensure that they get to know and view IGP favorably. Your direct client and prospect contacts would be Executives responsible for Compensation & Benefits at the headquarters of multinational companies such as Black & Decker Corporation, Microsoft Corp., Visa Europe, et al.

You will be responsible for reaching business plan goals on an individual level, as well as on an account management team basis. You will need to acquire a thorough understanding of IGP and its competitive environment and have a good understanding of the benefit practices, products and competitive environment in IGP countries worldwide.

If you,
  • Have a few years of experience in the group insurance or in the financial sector


  • Are fluent in English, good in French or another European language


  • Have the minimum of a bachelor's degree (preferably in applied economics or finance)

    Assistant Account Administrator – IGP (Boston)

    The Assistant Account Administrator is responsible for reviewing and validating the accuracy of Policy Year-End Reports, which show the experience under group insurance policies written by the IGP Network Partners, as well as the preparation and processing of International Experience Reports for clients.

    The successful candidate will possess solid analytical skills with an eye for detail, good organizational skills and mathematical aptitude. Good computer skills are needed, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Microsoft Access skills would be a plus. Good oral and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to work under strict deadlines.

    Assistant Underwriter – IGP (Boston)

    IGP's Technical Team is responsible for making sure that business is written and maintained profitably and that clients' accounts remain healthy. The successful candidate provides assistance to the Technical Team on many underwriting and technical aspects of IGP. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparation of various underwriting reports, analyzing risks, monitoring of underwriting results, and maintaining and updating various underwriting databases and systems.

    The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical abilities and solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. He/She must be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects with different deadlines.

    Good written and verbal communications skills are essential. The incumbent will be responsible for communicating on technical issues with contacts at large foreign insurance companies in over 60 countries worldwide. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and group underwriting experience would be a plus.
