  IGP Tokyo International
Employee Benefits Seminar
Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo at Shimbashi
September 18, 2008

On September 18, IGP hosted its first International Employee Benefits Seminar in Tokyo at the Dai-ichi Hotel in Shimbashi.

Close to 50 representatives of Japanese multinational corporations and their advisors attended and learned about the advantages of pooling international employee benefits plans, as well as how to actively manage and expand a pool.

This one-day seminar provided both the newcomer to the field of employee benefits and multinational pooling as well as the experienced benefits specialist or risk manager with valuable and timely information. Attendees had the opportunity to meet informally with other participants and share their experiences in the field of international employee benefits.

Coordinated by our office in Tokyo, this mini-seminar featured guest speakers who provided insight based on their experience as either a client setting up a pool or an industry expert advising multinational companies about international benefits programs.

The event closed with a special presentation on current compensation and benefits practices in the expanding markets of China, India, Russia and Vietnam.

Please check back with us in the future for additional information on IGP seminars and events.
